Are rights and gender law and practitioners doing enough to protect the rights of minority and indigenous women experiencing multiple discrimination? This panel debate considers the issues and questions the effectiveness of today’s gender and minority protection mechanisms. Campaigners against discrimination and UN specialists alike consider the present and debate the future for minority and indigenous women’s rights.
