Title
Evaluator for the Realizing rights for all Programme
‘Realizing rights for all: tackling the structural drivers of economic, social and cultural rights deprivations facing marginalized groups’ (ReAll) is a 29 month programme (April 1st 2022 to December 31st 2024), co-implemented by three partner organisations, the Centre for Economic and Social Rights (CESR), the Global Initiative for Economic and Social Rights (GI-ESR) and Minority Rights Group (MRG). Each partner is responsible for its own programme within the overall framework, which share a common set of goals, objectives and results. MRG is responsible for the overall programme management, including donor reporting, distribution of funds and the final monitoring and evaluation.
The programme was conceived as a collaboration to achieve core commonly held mandates, by the tree co-implementing partners. Namely how the exclusion of marginalized groups in economic and environmental policy making is reinforcing and exacerbating existing disparities in Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. The programme was designed during the Covid-19 period and was a response to emerging evidence of the disparate effect Covid policies had on certain communities who face historical discrimination and early evidence that they were not included in Build Back Better programs and policy.
MRG seeks an evaluator to assess the scope and depth of the programme’s results against its stated objectives, its effective implementation, the sustainability of its impact and new insights and learning to strengthen future programme interventions by partners. The final evaluation will also be shared with the programme’s donor, as part of its final reporting obligations and will form an important part of the partners transparency with regards their respective stakeholders.
The available budget for the evaluation is 9800.00 Euro.
