Grade C, starts at £26,074 per annum for 4 days per week, plus London weighting if applicable

Mostly based in London, although we are all currently working at home


This new and exciting role at MRG has been created to grow individual giving fundraising at MRG. By ‘individual giving’ we mean engagement of donors primarily through digital but also through traditional, channels.

As a strong digital all-rounder, you must have hands-on experience in a wide range of digital marketing channels and platforms, as well as the ability to translate data into meaningful insights to drive action.

You will contribute to the design and delivery of a donor acquisition and retention program, helping us understand and attract new, committed supporters  and develop existing supporters.

You will lead on implementing individual giving appeals. You will also contribute to high value donor and legacy fundraising.

You will liaise across the Communication and Fundraising teams to utilize audience insight (especially social media followers) and evaluate activity to grow income and engagement. An enthusiastic self-starter with a hands-on approach, you will be capable of working independently or as part of a multi-disciplined team managing cross-organization campaigns across several channels to deliver against targets and objectives.

As an accomplished communicator, you will be able to write engaging content for a wide variety of donors and through different channels, ensuring that they feel personally connected to us. You will also ensure effective response handling and excellent customer care and that our supporter care systems and processes are efficiently maintained and delivered, ensuring donors have the optimal experience.
