Article 5 (f); Article 6 – Right of access to any place or service intended for use by the general public; states parties shall assure effective remedies

Conclusion:

No violation of the Convention. However, the Committee emphasized the importance it attaches to the duty of the State party and to remain vigilant, in particular by prompt and effective police investigations of complaints, that the right established under article 5, paragraph f, is enjoyed without discrimination by all persons, nationals or foreigners, under the jurisdiction of the State party.
