In the short term, the grant will allow for several financial and administrative policies and tools to be established to enhance the administrative and financial capabilities of Al-Saraya Center’s management and team, systems, and environments, supporting the centre’s achievements and learning outcomes in the medium term. In the long run, this will contribute to and pave the way for the development of results-based management, leadership, governance, accountability, and sustainability of Al-Saraya Center to fortify its mission and vision.
