‘SHAMS’ Center is working through this grant to improve the institution’s infrastructure and its employees’ capabilities by preparing and developing a strategic plan for the centre’s work for the years. This includes a program to work on minority rights, building the capacity of the staff in the fields of digital security and mechanisms for producing modern media content such as motion graphics and animation to promote minority rights, purchasing devices and equipment such as computers and video cameras.
