Improving access for Roma communities to employment opportunities in the hospitality industry
Project details
The project will focus on discrimination against Roma in the job market, address the low confidence of Roma applicants, which can impact the job opportunities that they choose to pursue, and increase awareness of careers in the hospitality industry. The project’s main aim is to provide training and opportunities for Roma and to support participants in roles or full-time training opportunities, with the long-term goal of creating a better relationship between Roma communities and the hospitality industry and generating more equal access to job markets for Roma.
