The project aims to support Lebanese Developers in enhancing their services to vulnerable communities and minorities in the Akkar region. Lebanese Developers’ staff and other local CSO staff will receive capacity-building training on project management and PSEAH, proposal writing, and PMEAL support and advocacy. The project supports equipping Lebanese Developers’ field offices and training rooms to deliver quality training to local CSOs’ staff and beneficiaries, mainly the Dom community. The trained staff from LD and other CSOs will be only females.
