The project aimed to improve the organizational infrastructure of six grassroots organizations to allow them to operate efficiently and advance their work in democracy and human rights. The training provided by Red Oak, which took place in Beirut, Lebanon, contributed to the core capacity building and mentoring component and covered the areas of financial management, internal governance, strategic planning, and fundraising.
