Through the MACS grant, the Youth Empowerment Society aims to address infrastructure challenges, including the lack of an equipped office and inadequate equipment. They also plan to enhance the capacities of new members and improve operational methods and processes. The grant will facilitate internal training in various areas, such as results-based management, financial management, and digital protection. Additionally, the organization intends to acquire accounting management software to streamline financial operations.
