Children: Rights and Responsibilities, the Minority Rights Group’s report 69, questions many of the underlying policies and practices towards children and young people today – whether by the state, family or adult institutions generally. Written by Dr Jo Boyden and Andy Hudson from Children in Development, it outlines practical means by which the indefensible realities of many children’s lives can be improved. It outlines possible action at the international and national level, the role of on governmental organizations and how children can be given a voice in determining their own future.
