Members of Roma communities in Ukraine have been facing limited access to healthcare services, restricted access of education, stigmatisation and undermined economic stability. Poor housing conditions and limited access to running water and sanitation services have made it nearly impossible to follow quarantine and social distancing measures. Roma have been hit hard across the country, in particular in rural areas with poor infrastructure.
