We believe that the best advocates for minority rights are members of minority and indigenous communities themselves.

This is why we offer training for minority and indigenous activists on ways to advocate for their rights and support their organizations to become more effective and accountable.

We have trained thousands of minority and indigenous activists in advocacy, campaigning, communications, law and more. We also deliver training to journalists in effective and ethical reporting on minority and indigenous issues.

Some of our educational courses are available for free online, for anyone to pursue through independent learning. Many courses are offered in several languages.
