Deadline: 22 February 2016

MRG is seeking to appoint an experienced evaluator to carry out the final evaluation of a programme that sought to increase coverage of minority rights and development issues in the media in the EU member states that have joined the EU more recently.  The programme included training for journalists, visits of journalists to minority communities, as well as the production of media resources (online and films).

The appointed evaluator would be expected to have extensive knowledge and experience of working on minority rights, media, influencing, publications and films, including in our target countries and should be familiar with and able to comply with all EU requirements.   The person or team selected would also be expected to have a track record of evaluations carried out on similar or analogous projects.

The deadline for applications is Monday 22nd February. The budget for the evaluation is between €5,000 and €8,000.
