Capacity Building and Raising the Visibility of Romani Early Years Practitioners
Project details

One of the major goals of REYN Hungary is to offer members opportunities for professional development, training and international networking across the early childhood development sector, with a special focus on attracting Romani practitioners. The topics of the training are all related to the early childhood development of Roma children and families. At the beginning of the project cycle, members are mapped about their professional development needs, and the results will be considered.
With the third launch of the REYN Hungary Award in five categories in 2023, we are continuing our advocacy in supporting the professionalisation of Roma in EC institutions and advocating for programmatic and structural solutions for building the Roma ECD workforce. With REYN Awardees, we promote Roma EC in the field and attract and support Roma in the EC career. With the planned huge media campaign, we will be visible and advocate for Roma in the EC workforce.
