From problem to potential

Organisation: Awen Amenca z.s.

This research project challenges stereotypes by demonstrating that Roma communities actively seek better living conditions, employment and education. Using surveys and interviews, it collects data to provide evidence of Roma aspirations, influencing policy changes and improving social services to meet their actual needs.

The findings will raise awareness among policymakers and the public, advocate for targeted European Social Fund support, and empower Roma voices in shaping their future. By highlighting how state policies are often based on stereotypes, the project aims to drive more inclusive and evidence-based policymaking.
