The project aims to empower the Nagykálló community, including the Roma population, through training, open communication, dialogue, and advocacy. Focusing on asserting interests, equal treatment, access to quality services, and raising awareness of rights, the target group involves the entire population of Nagykálló. Community forums, social media, volunteer engagement, open days, and continuous communication are employed for effective outreach. The project incorporates legal awareness training, facilitated discussions, and negotiation preparation sessions.
