The Constitution of Iraq: Religious and Ethnic Relations

This study looks into the Constitution of Iraq, endorsed by 78 per cent of voters in 2005. The study examines the constitutional process and the shortcomings of the Constitution. It also makes recommendations for amendments to protect the rights of different communities and women and prevent future conflicts.
