The project promotes democratic inclusion for Roma minorities in Pernik through anti-discrimination education. It targets 100 students and 20 teachers from two different schools with training discussions on discrimination, violence, early marriage, and career choices. Preceding each session are artistic events featuring successful Roma individuals. The project aims to improve teacher sensitivity, student understanding of antidiscrimination rights, and insights for local authorities by developing training materials, holding meetings, conducting discussions, and preparing a comparative analytical report.
