The initiative aims to empower rural minority women by improving their understanding of legal rights and civic responsibilities. Through community dialogues, workshops, and advocacy, minority rights will be improved. Collaborating with the municipality and CSOs, the project targets increased awareness, civic participation, and policy changes. Leveraging existing networks and shaped by local input, it seeks immediate impact and long-term positive change for minority women in Smolyan.
