Let’s give them a chance

Organisation: Amrita Education Orientation Association |  Amrita Pályaorientációs Baráti Kör Egyesület

Location: Pécs

The aim of the project is to organize regular thematic meetings every three to four months where the Roma community and other vulnerable groups can share their experiences related to institutional racism in areas such as education, healthcare, child protection, housing, and employment. During these meetings, lawyers will discuss legal grievances and explore possible avenues for legal redress.

The goal is also to prepare the Roma community and vulnerable groups to protect their rights and gather their suggestions for reducing these issues. These suggestions will later be shared with the relevant authorities, with a request for cooperation in resolving the problems. The proposal package, co-signed with the project’s partners, will be presented to the relevant authorities.
