Project ‘Strength for Change’ aims to increase the number of empowered organizations and individuals with strengthened legal support and other capacities to work in the field combating discriminatory practices on the basis of race or ethnicity. This is achieved via collaboration between organizations and individuals, assessing the needs of organizations and individuals who are working in the field of anti-discrimination or who expressed their intention of working in this field and responding to such needs by providing capacity-building training, as well as by building connections to be used for the inter-referral system within which legal and other type of support can be provided to the potential victims of the discriminatory practices. The project focuses primarily on minority-led organizations, including migrant-led organizations and other organizations and individuals working on protecting the rights of minorities, refugees and other migrants.
