  • Website

Through the MACS advocacy grant, the project aims to improve minority rights in Morocco by fostering debate and dialogue on Amazigh rights and linguistic and cultural diversity. It engages public decision-makers to promote Amazigh rights in policies and practices, conducts policy assessments for legal reforms, and ensures alignment with international human rights conventions. Operationally, it enhances monitoring efforts for discriminatory aspects in laws and decisions. Strategically, it strengthens the capacities of Amazigh civil society organizations for active participation in decision-making and advocacy, aiming to positively influence political and institutional reform dynamics towards a democratic and rights-based state.
